FP&S PARTS JOINS SDC GROUP

SDC Group has acquired the FP&S Parts business from the Bullwell group of companies, as a going concern.

SDC is the leading trailer manufacturer in the UK and has an existing parts operation, SDC Parts & Service.

The combined parts operation will now become a major force in the supply of trailer parts to transport and haulage companies with a most extensive network of parts branches covering the whole country.

In welcoming the acquisition, Don Campbell, SDC’s Group Business Development Director, said: “The purchase of FP&S Parts by SDC will provide a solid base for future expansion and we look forward to continuing the good relationships we currently enjoy with customers and suppliers of both businesses.”
